By décembre 20, 2017 No Comments

The next R+T trade fair in Stuttgart in February 2018 will be the perfect setting for Vertisol to present its latest innovations in technical fabrics for sun protection.

With over 35 years experience in the sector, Vertisol will exhibit an innovative presentation at the fair of decorative fabrics, fabrics for the contract sector and its new range of outdoor fabrics.

Author decorative fabrics

In the area of decorative fabrics, Vertisol’s range focuses on a new collection of innovative author designs following the latest trends in colours and motifs.

Pride of place will be given to the new designs arising from our collaboration with the Dutch design study Raw Color, which reflects a sophisticated treatment of the material and of colour in merging concepts such as design and photography. The result: innovative and surprising combinations of colours and textures with a powerful visual language.

Eco-friendly technical fabrics

In an extensive display of fabrics oriented towards the contract sector, in 2018 Vertisol will launch its latest products and developments in the manufacture of technical fabrics manufactured from recycled materials.

As part of its commitment to the environment, Vertisol presents woven fabrics such as Planet FR, Ecoplanet FR, Planet FR SRC and Ecoplanet FR SRC. These textiles contain recycled PET thread and carry the Cradle to Cradle™ Bronze certification, which is one of the most stringent in terms of sustainability and which encourages innovative products based on the circular economy.

Taking a step beyond the manufacture of this type of textile, R+T 2018 will also be the stage for the presentation of our latest developments in sustainable fabrics:

– Fabrics woven from PLA yarn, a biodegradable aliphatic polyester thermoplastic derived from renewable resources such as sugar beet.

– Fabrics that contain SEAQUAL® threads a high quality recycled polyester thread made from 100% recycled materials such as plastic bottles and other plastics recovered from the sea.

Outdoor sun protection fabrics

The third line of materials for the fair will be the presentation of Vertisol’s latest developments in fabrics for outdoor use.

The work carried out in this area is based on continuous development and technical improvements so that we continue to supply materials with the highest performance, while maintaining the high levels of quality and efficiency.
