About vertisol Contract
The new collection offers a complete technical solution specially designed for the Contract market. It includes recycled and recyclable fabrics, metallized fabrics (SRC) that favor solar control, Blackout fabrics and 100% PES fabrics. All are intended for the manufacture of roller, panel, and vertical blinds.
The color palette is formed by the most demanded colors in the contract market. A palette of maximum trend unifying all the ranges of vertisolscreen and vertisolfabrics in a single scale of grayish tones, which provide greater visual comfort. There are more than 20 products available in these same 10 colors.
Recycled and recyclable fabrics
Sustainable buildings guarantee people’s well-being, which is why we are committed to the manufacture of fabrics made from 100% recycled materials. Such as, for example, those produced with post-consumer recycled polyester (PET) bottle yarns from selective collection.
These are Cradle to Cradle™ certified, one of the strictest certifications in terms of sustainability that encourages product innovation based on the circular economy. Taking into account factors such as: a healthy composition, the reuse of materials, the use of water and energy in the manufacturing process, or social responsibility.
Planet FR, EcoPlanet FR, EcoPlanet FR SRC and SeaPlanet FR fabrics are certified with the Bronze level of Cradle to Cradle™ (C2C). Constant innovation and development in our products and processes led to the creation of Pledge FR. vertisol fabric composed largely of PLA (polylactic acid) and recycled PET. Pledge FR is the first fabric in the collection to achieve the Silver level of C2C Certification.
These collections, together with others in the decorative market, present a novelty compared to previous years. The aforementioned fabrics are certified STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX ®. The most widely used label in the world to guarantee that the labeled textile products have been tested for more than 300 harmful substances.
100% PES fabrics
vertisol fabrics are presented as an excellent solution to preserve the thermal comfort of the room, thanks to the fact that their use in curtains and sunscreens helps to maintain an adequate room temperature, thus reducing the building’s energy consumption.
The thermal properties are listed in international software databases such as IDA ESBO, Edibatec or BIM, for the calculation of energy consumption.
In addition, they are fabrics that do not contain components such as formaldehyde. Thanks to their technical performance, they are Greenguard Gold certified, which ensures optimum air quality in the most demanding environments.
vertisolscreen
vertisolscreen brand fabrics are designed to offer the highest strength and protection. They are resistant technical fabrics for curtains and awnings, which comply with the most demanding fire regulations and are free of components such as phthalates.
In addition, it is a low volatile substances product that contributes to reducing the risk of health problems.
vertisolscreen fabrics contribute to obtaining sustainable building points such as LEED, BREEAM, DGNB, BBC or PASSIV HAUSE. Their Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is available.
All fabrics in the Contract collection have fire retardants (FR) properties and comply with the strictest fire regulations.
In the collection we find different opening factors: 1%, 3%, 5%, 10%, and different weave patterns. Improving the energy efficiency of buildings and for optimal control of light and energy.
