As manufacturers, vertisol has developed a wide range of contract fabrics, including recycled and recyclable fabrics, fabrics with metallized or SRC finishes, blackout finishes, 100% PES fabrics, fiberglass fabrics, among others. The Contract Collection is characterized by its color palette. A selection of the most demanded tones in the contract market. There are more than 20 products in the same 10 trendy colors that unify the vertisolscreen and vertisolfabrics fabric ranges.
Fiberglass outer fabrics for optimum performance
At vertisol we keep an eye on market trends and needs. Durability and dimensional stability are highly demanded aspects. In this sense we have developed a line of fiberglass core fabrics.
Stone FG 5 and Silex FG are collections that keep the fabric firm and flat. Fiberglass is the component that offers the best performance for outdoor spaces, ideal for extreme temperature changes or high sun exposure locations.
Fiberglass collections can be installed in all types of curtains and awnings. Thanks to their dimensional stability, they are ideal for zip-type curtains. In addition, Silex FG is a fabric that provides inherent visual comfort for outdoor spaces.
Maximum efficiency with vertisolscreen fabrics
vertisolscreen fabrics are known for their strength. The thermal properties of these fabrics are listed in international software such as IDA ESBO, Edibatec or BIM for the calculation of energy savings.
The vertisolscreen collections comply with the most stringent fire regulations. In addition, they are products with a low emission of volatile substances that contribute to reducing the risk of health problems and are therefore Greenguard Gold certified.
Essential 5, Ethereal 10, Elemental 1, Estival 5 and Estival 5 SRC, Equal 3, Portal 3 and Portal 3 SRC, Visual 5, Serial 1 and Revival 3. We offer a wide range of possibilities in terms of opening factor. From 1% to 10% depending on the requirements of the project.
100% recycled fabrics
At vertisol we are committed to fabrics made from 100% recycled materials. The best example is our products made entirely from recycled PET.
These fabrics are Cradle to Cradle™ certified, one of the strictest sustainbility certifications. C2C incentivizes product innovation based on the circular economy. It considers factors such as a healthy composition, the reuse of materials, the use of water, zero on our part, and energy in the manufacturing process or social responsibility.
EcoPlanet FR, EcoPlanet FR SRC, Planet FR, Pledge FR and SeaPlanet FR are the 100% recycled vertisolfabrics collections. Pledge FR is a fabric composed of recycled PET and PLA (poly lactic acid). It is the first fabric to achieve the Silver level of Cradle to Cradle™ Certification.
One of the great novelties for R+T Stuttgart 2024 is the presentation of Trace, the new fabric made of 100% Recycled PET, both in its Dim Out and Black Out versions. Trace demonstrates our commitment to sustainability and transparency. Traceability is one of vertisol’s priorities. We reveal the quality of the fabric from the origin of its raw materials where each thread has a renewal and respect for our planet.
Preserves thermal comfort with 100% PES curtain fabrics
vertisol fabrics are presented as an excellent solution to preserve the thermal comfort of the room, since their use in curtains and sunscreens helps to maintain an adequate room temperature, thus reducing the building’s energy consumption.
Ecovision 3000 FR, Mattiz FR and FR SRC, Imagine BO FR, Skyline 2015 and 2015 SRC are also listed in the international software for calculating energy savings.
In addition, they are fabrics that are free of components such as formaldehyde. Thanks to their technical performance, they are Greenguard Gold certified, which ensures optimum air quality in the most demanding environments.
Visual and thermal comfort with SRC metallized fabrics
Metallized fabrics or SRC (Solar Reflective Coating) incorporate a thin layer of highly reflective aluminum. They can filter up to 98% of UV rays, preventing glare and reflections. This considerably reduces glare, a very important aspect for improving visual comfort in professional environments.
SRC fabrics also provide greater thermal comfort by helping to reduce energy consumption. The metallized coating acts as a shield, reducing the need for air conditioning in summer. And in turn, it provides insulation that reduces the use of heating in winter.
