The architecture and interior design sector is in constant evolution. It is increasingly evident that materials are key in the creation of spaces that combine aesthetics, functionality and sustainability. In this context, vertisol, a leading brand in textile solutions for architecture, actively participates in events and activities that highlight the importance of materials in design projects.

vertisol at Matter Exhibition Barcelona: Materials that Transform Projects

On October 16 and 17, vertisol will be present at Matter Exhibition, an event that highlights the importance of materials in architecture, with the aim of promoting a more innovative, sustainable and healthy construction. The event, which will be held at the Col·legi Oficial d’Arquitectes de Catalunya (COAC), will be a meeting point for professionals in the sector where vertisol will show the infinite possibilities of coordination between all product ranges.

In parallel, the COAC will host 30 presentations by architecture and interior design studios that will share recent projects with a particular focus on materials. In the case of vertisol, renowned interior designer Paco Lago, CEO and creative director of Lago Interioriza, will present his studio’s projects in which he has prescribed vertisol solutions. The conference will highlight the technical and aesthetic benefits of these solutions, showing how a material can completely transform the perception and functionality of a space. From its strength to its ability to integrate seamlessly into innovative interior design projects, vertisol is presented as a key solution for architects and designers looking for versatile, durable and aesthetic materials.

Textile Solutions for Architecture and Decoration at MATCOAM

On the other hand, next October 30 vertisol will organize a workshop in collaboration with MATCOAM, with the aim of showing in an interactive way the infinite possibilities of coordination between the different solutions of the company.

A Creative Workshop by Luis Calabuig of Odosdesign

This workshop will be led by Luis Calabuig, creative director and co-founder of Odosdesign, together with the vertisol team. They will review the aesthetic and technical aspects of the solutions, as well as the wide possibility of coordination with the new tessitura collection between woven vinyl flooring and wall coverings. But they will not only limit themselves to theory: during the workshop, attendees will be able to create their own compositions adapted to the needs of their projects.

This case study aims to inspire architects and designers to experiment with vertisol products and discover how they can be harmoniously and functionally integrated into their proposals.

This type of initiative reinforces vertisol’s commitment not only to innovation, but also to training and collaboration with professionals in the sector.

The event will take place at the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid (COAM), from 11am to 1pm and places are limited. You can register here.
